What We Offer:WTTC.com offers a comprehensive and searchable database of venues and services -- from convention centers to hotels, and audio visual to transportation providers. With WTTC.com, planners can search for, find, and contact suppliers of all kinds.
WTTC.com free to all planners -- no registration required. However, if you do decide to register with the site, you get access to a data management tool and your own secure page. The “My Planner” page allows you to save and manage supplier information, send RFPs, receive quotes, and share supplier details and notes with others in your office.
What Makes Us Different:Unlike other sites, WTTC.com offers the services of a real live DMC to review your program and make sure it is problem free.
If you are a planner who is used to working with a DMC, you can now access those services through our Website. For planners, who have never used a DMC, WTTC.com’s “Expert Review” is a low-cost alternative to the real thing. With “Expert Review” you have the security of mind knowing that a local DMC has reviewed your program and flagged any potential problems.

Let’s Get Started: It's easy to get started with WTTC.com. Just follow these 4 basic steps.
Find a SupplierFrom either the HomePage or any of our city pages, you can go to the city destination of your choice. The main menu organizes all the suppliers. Browse by category, then refine your search by type, location, size (of meeting room), vehicles and more.
Save and Share Your ResultsIf you already registered with the site, you can save your results to a secure “My Planner” page using our data management tool. Compare and evaluate venues and services. View extensive profiles, including photo galleries. Attach notes to your results or invite your co-workers or supervisor to share or review your findings.
Contact SuppliersUsing our SPAM-free contact form, you can submit requests for proposals to multiple suppliers. Compare bids before selecting the best venue and service providers.
“Expert Review” Your ProgramUpload and submit your program to one of our local DMC experts for review. Make any suggested changes to your logistics and scheduling. Have a worry free event!
